All our chews are easily dividable as they are soft. Our products are designed to be very safe and there is no harm in giving a smaller dog a whole or even multiple chews. Feeding less than our guideline might result in an ineffective dosing. 

All deliveries to UK mainland are FREE of charge.

Exactly that, if you are not completely satisfied with you purchase simply contact us to start the returns process and get a full refund.
Our products are designed to work quickly, however sometimes they can take upto 2 months to be effective. So once we have determined that you have been giving a suitable dose for your dogs size, for at least 60 days, if you are not completely satisfied, we will then ask you to return any unused product / empty containers with proof of purchase. We will provide you with the returns address at this point. As soon as we receive your return we will initiate your refund.

After ordering you will receive an email confirmation and your order will proceed to be prepared for dispatch. Should you have any issues at this point email us immediately at info@vetpetco.com
