How it works
Simply click the buy now button to add your selection to the basket. Add the number of units you would like and follow the buttons to complete your order and checkout.
You can either register with us, this will give you simplicity each time you order as we will have your address and contact details securely stored on our system, please see our privacy policy for more information about how your handle and use your data. If you do not wish to register you can choose to buy as a guest.
Registered users will also have the advantage of being offered unique special offers and discounts.
The contract between you and us
When you place an order online with this site you are making an offer to buy goods. We will then send you an email acknowledging that we have received your order. In the unlikely event a delivery is delayed due to stock availability or unforeseen factors we will advise you of delay within 2 working day of receiving your order. We will provide an estimate of the likely dispatch date and you may cancel your order if this is unacceptable to you.
If you decide to cancel your order under these circumstances we will refund to your card within 1 working day.
Similarly, we will issue a refund within 1 working day of receiving your order if we discover that we are unable to supply the item at all due to stock availability or unforeseen factors including pricing errors. For further cancellations and returns procedures please refer to the sections below.
Delivery time
We endeavour to dispatch all orders on a next working day basis. Providing an item is in stock, orders received by midday are dispatched on the same day. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and do not dispatch at weekends.
Delivery charges
We use a variety of delivery methods to ensure efficient service, our usual choices include Jersey Post, Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Tracked and courier firms. Our carriage charges depend on a number of factors including the weight and size of the order.
Shipping charges will vary when purchasing for delivery outside of the UK. Before you purchase for delivery outside of the UK, please check the relevant import and customs’ regulations in relation to nutritional supplements for pets.
All non-commercial orders to UK addresses receive FREE delivery
Deliveries by Jersey Post & Royal Mail do not require a signature.
Deliveries via courier may require a signature so please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel upon delivery.
If there appears to be any sign of damage to the packaging please make a note to this effect beside your signature, be specific about damage and do not simply state ‘unchecked’. We ask you to provide a contact telephone number when placing your order, this will be passed on to the courier so that you can be contacted quickly, if needed regarding your delivery.
Cancellation and returns
You can cancel your order at any time up to 14 working days after the date of delivery. To do so, please contact us using the following details, giving a brief outline of the reasons for which you are rejecting the goods.
By email or post. Write to us by email at admin@vetpetco.com or by post to Flat, Oak Farm, Rue du Hocq, St Clements, Jersey JE2 6LF Please confirm that you wish to cancel the order and include details of purchase, dates of order or receipt of product, and your name and address.
This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns procedure
If you cancel the order after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us.
Returns are at your own expense, unless covered in ‘When we pay cost of the return’ below. You must post them back to us, including your proof of purchase.
To initiate a return you must first contact us via admin@vetpetco.com to obtain the return details, in the subject title of your email enter ‘Return Request’ you must not return a product to our head office without first informing us that you will be making a return. On receipt of your return request we will provide details of where you should sent the item(s) as this will depend on your location.
Products must be sent back to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel the order, we will require you to send proof of sending. Please ensure the products are packaged adequately to prevent damage in transit. For your own protection it is recommend that you send the parcel using an insured delivery service that covers you suitably for the value of the products.
When we pay cost of the return
- if the products are faulty or mis-described; or
- if you are cancelling the order because we have told you of an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.
In all other circumstances you must pay the costs of return.
Refund Policy
If you are entitled to a refund under these terms, we will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.
Refund deductions
We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the products, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.
The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer.
Refund time
Your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product(s) back from you.
Faulty goods
If the goods are in any way defective please contact us immediately via admin@vetpetco.com We will deal with this in accordance with your legal rights.
60 day money back guarantee
Our products are designed to work quickly, however sometimes they can take up to 2 months to be effective. So once we have determined that you have been giving a suitable dose for your dogs size, for at least 60 days, if you are not completely satisfied, we will then ask you to return any unused product / empty containers with proof of purchase. We will provide you with the returns address at this point. As soon as we receive your return we will initiate your refund.This guarantee is only applicable to products bought directly though this website, not through other online or retail channels.
To initiate your refund please follow the following steps:
- Contact us via admin@vetpetco.com with your Name and Order number, Please ensure to include an up to date telephone number in your email so we can speak to you directly.
- We will discuss with you the situation and aim to understand why you would like a refund. In some cases we need to ensure you have been using the products to the correct dose and daily for at least 60 days.
- If you have used our products to our dosing level and duration requirements and you are still not satisfied we will issue you the details for our returns department to initiate your refund.
- Next simply return all remaining product (or empty packaging) to the address provided, Along with proof of purchase. Also please make sure you obtain a proof of sending. Make sure the consignment is adequately insured.
- The cost of this return is at your own expense unless otherwise agreed with our team.
- On receipt we will issue a refund to your method of payment. Where multiple packages are returned deductions may be applied in alignment with our Return deductions terms set out above so please make sure you package all returns appropriately.
